Our Philosophy on Giving
At the Brent Reese Family Foundation, we believe philanthropy is most effective when it creates opportunity, strengthens communities, and supports solutions that deliver lasting results. To ensure every grant achieves its intended purpose, all Foundation grants are awarded as Restricted Grants for clearly defined projects and initiatives.
We are intentional about where we invest our resources. Rather than spreading our giving across dozens of causes, we focus on a select number of areas where we believe we can make a meaningful difference. Focus allows us to better understand the challenges, build stronger relationships, and support organizations in ways that go beyond financial contributions.

Navajo Water Project - DigDeep
In 2024, the Navajo Water Project continued to extend its reach to communities in need, bringing clean, running water and vital sanitation services to families across the region. Whether delivering water to off-grid systems by truck or connecting homes to a new water line, we are committed to fulfilling the promise of clean, running water for every Navajo family.
One Stage Family Theater
One Stage Family Theatre is an all-inclusive non-profit community theatre in Prescott, AZ. The mission is to encourage self-expression and confidence through performing arts. Encouraging, and educating all ages about the art of theatre.
Fresh Start Women's Foundation
A pillar in the Phoenix community for over 30 years, Fresh Start transforms lives by providing access and resources that help women achieve self-sufficiency and use their strength to thrive. Our work empowers women as they become the hero of their own story, providing wrap-around services and one-on-one support for every step of the journey forward.

Grant Seekers
We welcome applications from organizations whose work aligns with our focus pillars: Women and Children at Risk, Mental Health, Addiction Recovery, and Environmental Conservation. All grants awarded by the Brent Reese Family Foundation are restricted, meaning funds must be used solely for the approved purpose outlined in the grant agreement, ensuring accountability and responsible stewardship of our resources.
